Event Media Platform

Use cases

One platform, from a single kiosk to a full event

From an offline standalone kiosk to connected multi-station events, white-label agencies, and photographer workflows.

Walkthrough

How an event runs, step by step

Pick a scenario and follow it.

Standalone kiosk, no internet

A booth in a shopping centre earns on its own. It must work when the network does not.

Validated in Engine
  1. Step 1

    Pay or tap

A guest pays or taps the screen to start. Operators decide the rules.

  2. Step 2

    Touch

Big, clear buttons walk the guest through the session.

  3. Step 3

    Shoot

A countdown, then the pro camera takes the shots.

  4. Step 4

    Print

The strip prints on the spot with no internet at all.

Event setups

Pick the setup that fits

Explore operational configurations built for operators, agency clients, and high-volume event activations.

Available

Standalone offline kiosk

A Windows booth in a mall or venue prints with no cloud and no internet, running 100% offline. Operators eliminate network downtime risks, while guests and brand clients enjoy dependable, uninterrupted service in any location.

Available

Connected events

The same app links in higher plans with the 360 booth, live wall, remote printing, galleries and the dashboard. Operators and agencies coordinate multi-station weddings and large-scale brand activations under one unified ecosystem.

Available

Zero-cloud local delivery

Instant QR delivery over venue Wi-Fi delivers high-resolution photos and videos straight to guest phones with no outside internet needed. Fast, private delivery that eliminates cloud bandwidth costs and keeps queues moving.

Android available, iOS in the roadmap

360 & Mobile Booth on Android and iOS

Runs on the host's own phone or any phone for agile mobile capture and 360 platforms. Android is available today; iOS is an identical twin of the Android app on the same architecture that follows once Apple access is sorted.

Planned

Guest table QR upload and print

Guests scan a QR code at the table, take a picture or pick one from their gallery, and send it to the shared album, the live TV wall or straight to the print queue, with optional approval.

Available

White-label for agencies

Brand Kit, studio-designed layouts and screens, client portal and reports under the agency brand and the client brand. Professional presentation that elevates agency service value, protects margins, and delights corporate clients.

Planned

Photographer workflow

Camera to gallery to print with no SD card carrying, shop-side editing in the dashboard, and smart face grouping with strict privacy protection.

Available, validation in progress

Any camera, any printer

Canon and HiTi are the first validated pair; other DSLR and mirrorless cameras, other photo printers and GoPro HERO are supported by design with automatic driver detection and per-printer calibration.

Windows and Android are active; iOS is architecture-ready, a 1:1 twin of the Android app that follows once Apple access is sorted.

Software verified; physical hardware field validation in progress.
