Event Media Platform

Architecture & reliability

Designed for the worst Wi-Fi in the building

Native apps for each platform, built on one documented contract, so each stays fast and testable on its own.

Reliability principles

Offline-first

An event runs with no internet. Captures queue locally, guests get media over the venue network, and everything syncs when a connection returns.

Camera auto-recovery

A dropped camera is detected, reconnected and re-checked before the next guest, with a clear status for the operator.

Fail-safe print queue

One print lane for every source. A job that may already have printed is never sent again by itself.

Thermal shield

On a hot phone, uploads, syncs and diagnostics pause while a take is recorded, so capture keeps priority.

Vendor-neutral by design

Cameras, printers and storage can be swapped or added without touching the booth logic.

Tested in layers

Thousands of automated tests, end-to-end suites and live checks of the running apps.

How the pieces connect

Three codebases, one documented contract. Each client keeps working when the cloud is out of reach.
